Managing Director

Jack Rotundo is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the London office. Jack has more than 13 years of experience across a range of deals, advising both financial and strategic clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence cross-border transactions.

Jack’s experience includes providing both buy-side and vendor due diligence to clients focusing on the business services, software and technology, industrials, consumer products, travel and leisure, food and beverage and manufacturing sectors.
 
He has led all aspects of due diligence on deals of varying sizes, including completing extensive operational and financial statement analysis; performing quality of earnings; determining working capital and net indebtedness; preparing pro-forma and carve-out financial statements; identifying key deal drivers and risk areas for clients; drafting purchase agreements; and providing strategic advisory services.
 
Jack received an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson School of Business and his B.S. in finance and accounting from the Carroll School of Business at Boston College. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the London and New York Chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth.
