Chief of Staff

Jared is Chief of Staff, reporting to Kroll Chief Executive Officer Jacob Silverman, and is responsible for the development, execution and implementation of firmwide strategy and operational initiatives.

Jared joined the firm in 2006 as part of the Corporate Finance team, and prior to becoming Chief of Staff, was part of the Corporate Development and Strategy team for more than 12 years, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing all corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures and recapitalizations.

Jared received a B.A. in international relations from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University.
