Patrick is a managing director of business development in the Fixed Asset Advisory Services located in the Chicago office. He has more than 15 years of experience providing valuation solutions for financial reporting, fairness and solvency opinions, tax strategy, financing, insurance placement, and internal buy/sell support.

He has more than 15 years of experience providing valuation solutions for financial reporting, fairness and solvency opinions, tax strategy, financing, insurance placement, and internal buy/sell support.
Patrick’s current responsibility is business development in the Fixed Asset Management & Insurance Solutions practice focused on insurable values and COPE data collection services, as well as real estate appraisals for the right of way acquisitions.
Patrick joined American Appraisal (now Kroll) in 2003 after working with a regional valuation firm for five years.
