On September 6, 2023, Andretti Acquisition Corp. announced that it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Zapata AI, an Industrial Generative AI software company developing solutions and applications to solve enterprises’ hardest problems. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company is expected to be listed on the NYSE under the ticker "ZPTA".
