Please join Duff & Phelps and Winston & Strawn for an afternoon session where we will track a hypothetical investigation through each of its principle stages, from the triggering event through to its conclusion.

With the increase in regulatory investigations and prosecutions of corporates, the session will look at the key issues which can arise in such investigations and how best to approach them.

The session will help attendees gain a better understanding of the reaction to fraud, bribery and other regulatory and litigation problems. It will also cover the pitfalls to avoid when conducting investigations, and how to protect a business from such risks. The seminar will be followed by a drinks and networking reception.
