Adam actively participated on and in one case was the leader of the ad-hoc creditor’s committee on several defaulted toll road transactions.
Adam began his career at the bond insurer Financial Security Assurance (FSA), where he first worked in FSA’s London office on project finance transactions and later worked in the New York office on various structured finance transactions, including CDOs, RMBS, aircraft lease, student loan, life insurance, and whole business securitizations. After FSA, Adam worked in a student loan ABS banking analytics group at the Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets.
Adam graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a B.S. in finance and accounting.
