Adam Stormoen joined Duff & Phelps in 2017 as a director in the Minneapolis office and is part of the Healthcare M&A Advisory practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and in raising public and private capital for medical device, diagnostic, healthcare service and healthcare IT companies.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Adam was a director at Roth Capital Partners, an investment bank based in Southern California. Throughout his career, Adam has advised on more than 30 M&A transactions and has been involved in more than 40 capital raises that resulted in over $3 billion in new capital.

Adam received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on Finance, Investments and Banking, where he was also a member of the football team.
