He is responsible for providing a wide range of services in Advisory and Valuation, including valuation of assets, portfolio analysis, urban planning analysis, market and feasibility studies, consulting for financial reporting purposes under both CONSOB/Bank of Italy or IFRS/IAS regulation.

He provides valuation services for Real Estate Funds/SIIQ and European Funds, banks and insurance companies, property companies, private or public owners, pension funds.

Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate valuation and services for real estate assets and portfolios (both public and private).

He started his career in the Agenzia del Demanio (Italian Public Property Agency) providing valuation, management, rationalization and development of the Italian State owned properties. Later, he was Asset Manager in Aedes Group promoting and managing the Development Portfolio.

Graduated in Civil Engineering in 2003 at the “Università degli Studi di Cagliari”, Andrea also earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate at “Politecnico” University of Turin.

Andrea has been member of Italian Professional Association of Civil Engineers since 2006.
