Doug Schulke is a director in the Morristown office and is a member of the firm’s Legal Management Consulting practice. Doug is part of the technology and planning service, and has spent over eight years focusing on legal department project implementations, systems analysis, process improvement and system development. Doug has worked with many of the nation’s largest companies leading projects covering matter and case management, electronic invoicing, international invoicing, litigation holds and document management.

Doug has been a key leader in the technology space, advising clients through complex design and implementations and building solutions to solve the most challenging of business processes. He has advised clients in various industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, government, insurance and retail.

Doug earned an M.S. in information systems and a B.S. in computer science. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute.
