Eric Williams is a managing director in the New York office and a member of the corporate finance industrials practice where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Eric has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience and has advised clients on more than 60 M&A, financing and restructuring transactions.

Eric’s clients have included publicly traded and privately held middle-market companies in a broad range of industrial sectors including aerospace and defense, automotive, building products, chemicals, machinery and tooling, rubber and plastics, and value-added distribution. Eric has also advised clients in several other industries including business services, consumer products, healthcare and telecommunications. Some of Eric’s clients include ATS Systems, Best Lighting, Cascade Windows, Care Ambulance, Classic Communications, CTM Group, Danka Business Systems, D.F. King & Co., Dictaphone, E.A. Patten, ERIKS, Heatmax, Hennegan, Hilite International, Integrated Alarm Services, LVI Services, NuVox, Pangborn, PSL North America, Precitech, Rogers, RollEase, SEMCO Aerospace, Startec, Sterling Chemicals,Techniks Industries, Thaler Machine and US Airways.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Eric was a vice president in the M&A group at Houlihan Lokey.

Eric received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his BS, cum laude, from the University of Delaware. Eric holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
