Graeme Bell

Graeme Bell is a senior advisor based in Aberdeen and supports the Global M&A Advisory practice in all areas that relate to the Energy industry. He offers expertise and insight into the North Sea Fields to support our global Oil & Gas M&A business and leverages more than 20 years’ energy experience with C-suite roles at Viking SeaTech, Green Ocean Energy, Nautronix, and JDR Cable Systems.

He is also the founder of, and current Managing Director at Bell & Associates Limited, which provides a full range of management and financial advisory services.

Graeme has been successful in assisting the rapid growth strategies for a wide variety of businesses and has worked on a large number of projects involving private equity and high net worth investors, helping to achieve significant shareholder value.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a degree from McMaster University, as well as a post-graduate diploma in accounting from the University of Strathclyde. He also holds two Non-Executive Director roles in the Oil & Gas industry.

Graeme joins Kroll to work alongside its established European M&A practice to further develop our coverage in the energy sector. Building on the established presence in Houston and London, Graeme provides additional and important industry expertise to our global energy and Oil & Gas clients.
