Jeff Gordon

Jeff Gordon is a senior advisor in the Fairness and Solvency Opinions practice, based in the Chicago office. Jeff leverages more than 30 years of financial advisory experience delivering fairness and solvency opinions for corporate transactions and providing board advisory services and business valuations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeff served as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Jeff advises clients in a range of industries including, business and financial services, healthcare, consumer products, media and entertainment, technology and manufacturing, with a specialty in REITs and real estate-related entities. He has also authored numerous articles for financial publications about fairness and solvency opinions, spin-offs, business strategy and corporate restructuring.

Jeff received an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in economics from Swarthmore College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registered representative.
