Jeffrey Lank

Jeff is a director in the Atlanta office in the Valuation Advisory Services practice. He specializes in the appraisal of water/wastewater and historical valuations. He has extensive knowledge in insurance valuations including buildings, personal property and improvements for educational facilities, municipalities, healthcare, higher education, utility facilities, industrial properties and churches.

Jeff has extensive experience in valuing historical structures throughout the United States dating back to the Revolutionary War. He has performed complex appraisal assignments including water/wastewater properties throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Jeff joined American Appraisal (now Kroll ) in 2014 as a manager in the fixed asset management and insurance practice with more than 10 years of experience. Before joining Kroll, he was employed as a manager at CBIZ. Prior to CBIZ, he was the southwest regional manager for Maximus. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southern University. Jeff’s professional associations and affiliations include: American Society of Appraisers – MTS Designation and Green (LEED) Building Valuation and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) from the Appraisal Institute.
