John Oliva

John is a director in the Fixed Asset Advisory Services practice. He assists university, municipal and healthcare clients in developing fixed asset databases to satisfy governmental accounting, auditing, and financial reporting; GAAP; federal grant reporting; reimbursement determination; property management; insurance; and internal planning requirements. He has also participated in appraisal assignments requiring value determination for financing and transfer of ownership needs.

In addition, John is involved in the computerization of data collected into mainframe or PC software systems to allow sorting and total presentation supporting financial statement preparation.
John joined Kroll through the acquisition of American Appraisal and has held various consulting and management positions.

John is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He received a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University and has an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
