Margaret is a managing director of Duff & Phelps’ Corporate Finance practice in Greater China. She focuses on deal origination and execution of TMT, consumer and healthcare transactions. She has more than 12 years of corporate finance experience.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Margaret was a director of Cowen and Company Asia. Previously, she worked at Piper Jaffray raising private and public equities for China-based companies in the U.S. capital markets. Margaret started her career at Morgan Stanley New York as an investment analyst.

Margaret has completed more than 40 capital market transactions (IPO and follow-on), with total transaction size at more than $5 billion. She also worked on more than 20 M&A and privatization transactions, such as Perfect World, Giant Interactive, E-House, Zhaopin and Trina Solar.

Margaret attended the School of Economics at Peking University and then transferred to Cornell University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in economics.
