Matt has a wide range of experience in valuation for corporate and institutional owners/operators/investors. He specializes in the valuation of institutional grade investment assets such as office buildings, industrials, hotels and resorts, shopping centers and malls, and apartments. Matt has extensive experience assisting companies in determining values for financial reporting and ASC 805 purchase price allocation.
Prior to joining Kroll, Matt was an associate with Trimont Real Estate Advisors, where he performed financial analysis on a diversified portfolio of loans and equity investments secured by commercial real estate assets.
Matt received his B.S. in finance from Auburn University. He is a state-certified general real estate appraiser in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Puerto Rico. Matt is also a Candidate for Designation of the Appraisal Institute.
