Michael Bills is a managing director in the London office and part of the global Restructuring Advisory practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring and advisory.

Michael specializes in providing strategic financial advice and planning to borrowers and lenders with Asset Based Lending facilities. This advisory work includes the analysis of financial information, working capital management optimization, exit and contingency planning, tax arrears solutions and stakeholder management.

Michael has completed a significant number of independent business, viability and pre-lending reviews across a wide range of business sectors including manufacturing, recruitment, construction, and leisure. These reviews have involved extensive financial due diligence and working alongside management teams in both growth and distressed scenarios.

Michael has completed two secondments to leading Asset Based Lending institutions.  He is a chartered accountant, is JIEB qualified and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association's NextGen committee.
