Miguel’s Entity and Intangible Valuations career started with 11 years in PwC in Madrid and London, before joining as a director at Kroll in 2017.

Miguel has two Degrees (Business Administration and Law), a Master’s in Financial Management and a Specialization in Business and Intangible Valuations by RICS.

His valuation expertise for a range of different purposes includes acting as an Independent Expert, as well as advising in other contexts such as Transaction support, Litigation, shareholders’ Disputes, Tax Valuations, valuation of Fixed Assets, Intangibles and Debt, Fairness Opinions, Purchase Price Allocations, Impairments Tests, valuation of Private Equity and funds’ investments, elaboration and analysis of Business Plans, financial Modelling and Refinancing.
