Nancy is an experienced board member and trusted business partner to financial sponsors and executives across a broad range of business categories and industries. She has worked as an advisor for financial sponsors, evaluating and handling due diligence on specific targeted companies as well as operational development of their portfolio companies including integration, technology, systems and process improvement. Nancy is a member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation. She also sits as a non-executive director and audit committee member for Tricor Group and non-executive director for Cayman HospiceCare.
Prior to moving into advisory, Nancy was on the executive board and the chief operating officer of Intertrust Group post the acquisition of Walkers Management Services (“WMS”). At WMS Nancy was chief executive officer, responsible for the group’s global operations, and led the divestment of WMS from Walkers Law Firm. Prior to joining WMS, Nancy was the director of operations, Western Canada, at Olsten Health Services (now Gentiva Health Services).
Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
