Ned Persons

Ned Persons is a director of the Machinery and Equipment practice, based in the Philadelphia. Ned leverages more than 17 years of experience in assisting the domestic and international markets for the technology, information, communication, and entertainment industries.

He joined Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in 2004, in conjunction with the merger of Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting (CVC). Prior to joining the firm, Ned served as a computer programmer at Fiserv LeMans.

Ned has assisted tangible assets valuation for financial reporting and tax purposes in the telecommunication and technology industries. He has served both IFRS and US GAAP purchase price allocations and property tax valuations. His experience valuing fixed and mobile communications assets worldwide includes assets of major U.S. fixed and mobile carriers, multi-system operators, and carriers with networks in Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and other countries.

Ned received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Pennsylvania State University and an associate degree in computer engineering from Delaware County Community College.
