Prior to joining Kroll, Priyanka was a vice president at Deloitte Corporate Finance where she provided M&A advisory services to clients in the healthcare industry.

Priyanka’s healthcare services experience spans the continuum of care including managed care, managed long-term care, home health, acute care, inpatient/outpatient services and physician practice transactions.

Priyanka received an MBA from the University of Oxford and a B.A. from the University of Delhi. She is a FINRA series 7, 79 and 63 registered representative.
