Steven Carey joined Duff & Phelps in May 2017 from Quantera Global. He has provided transfer pricing design, documentation and dispute resolution services to multinationals over the past 16 years across Greater China, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Steven is a regular speaker at various external seminars and conferences and the author of numerous articles in journals such as International Tax Review, China Tax Intelligence and Bloomberg BNA, and authored the China Briefing "Transfer Pricing in China." He is also involved in knowledge sharing and capacity-building initiatives with tax authorities in developing jurisdictions such as Myanmar and Cambodia.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Taxation from the University of New South Wales.
